OSTFORM offers free shipping above 200 € order value in Austria and free shipping above 300€ order value for the rest of the world.

Shipping costs per order (under 300 € order value in Austria/under 600 € order value for rest of the world)
Austria: 5 €.
Europe: 10 €
rest of the world: 35 €

DELIVERY
Depending on the country of destination the delivery of your order will be handled differently, but always by using well-proven delivery companies. The transport risk carries samstag.

Your goods are ready to be shipped not later than the next working day after you confirmed your order. As far as no other agreement has been made the average delivery time to the address provided by the purchaser is one to four working days within the European Union.

Delivery to non-EU countries:
The delivery time to tollable countries is empirically three to seven working days. Delays resulting from the processing duration of the respective customs authority are not within our control. All custom taxes, duties, handling fees and import sales taxes which vary from country to country have to be paid by the customer. Please pose questions concerning the level of taxes and fees to your country‘s customs.

PAYMENT
The payment of your order can be handled by pay pal prepayment by bank account, cash on delivery for selected markets/countries and cash if you pick up your ordered pieces in our shop. All payments and credits are handled exclusively in EURO.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt provided they are sent to us by registered mail to our address below.

Only non-faulty goods which are in their original condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging will be accepted. We are unable to accept items which have been worn, altered or washed. We advise all customers to carefully check goods immediately upon receipt before removing any attached tags.

All returns have to be communicated to us within the above-mentioned time limits. Please not that shipping fees will not be refunded.

For all international returns, please ensure that you clearly declare the goods as ‘unwanted returns’ on all paperwork for customs. If you fail to do so, we will be charged import duty which we will need to pass on to you when refunding your card.

When all requirements have been met we will notify you and refund the cost of the returned products to your credit card. Please note that the time frame for such refunds is not under our influence - it depends on the credit card used for the order.
